The homepage is the first thing members see after logging in — and it's not a static page. What shows up depends on where the member is in their journey: whether they're brand new, have upcoming bookings, an unpaid invoice, or products available to buy.
No matter what state a member's in, they can always get to their profile (top left) and their cart (top right) from here.
New vs. returning members
State | What they see |
New member | No bookings yet — sees a layout focused on discovering classes |
Returning member | Has booked before — sees quick-action tiles and personalised booking sections |
What returning members see
Their homepage builds out in this order:
1. Quick-action tiles
A row of shortcuts at the top. A couple are always there, a couple only show up if the studio's turned the feature on:
Tile | When it shows |
Explore classes | Always |
Buy credits | Always |
Refer a friend | Only if the studio has referrals turned on |
Add a guest | Only if the studio has guest booking turned on |
2. Booking sections
Three scrollable rows, shown in this order of priority — each one only appears if there's something to show, except the last one, which always shows as a fallback:
Priority | Section | What's in it | When it shows |
1 | Upcoming bookings | Classes they're already booked into | Only if they have upcoming bookings |
2 | Book again | Past classes with new sessions available | Only if there's something eligible |
3 | Recommended classes | Classes shown alphabetically (not hand-picked by the studio) | Always — this is the fallback if nothing else applies |
3. Unpaid invoices (if relevant)
Shows up only if the member has an outstanding balance, with a direct link to pay it. No unpaid invoices, no section.
4. Products (if relevant)
Shows up only if the studio sells products (like merch or wellness items), with an Add to cart option right there. Otherwise, it's hidden.
What new members see
New members get a simpler, discovery-first homepage:
No quick-action tiles
An Explore classes section instead of the booking rows, encouraging them to browse and book their first class
Unpaid invoices and products follow the same rules as above
