ℹ️ This article covers the new Back Office. This article will be updated as we release more improvements over the coming months.
The Revenue tab is where you record what you earn from aggregator bookings. Go to Settings > Aggregators > Revenue.
The tab has two sections. Section 1, Standard revenue per aggregator, sets a default rate for each platform. Section 2, Individual booking aggregator revenue, overrides that default on specific bookings.
All amounts on this tab exclude tax.
Section 1 — Standard revenue per aggregator
This is the default amount you earn on each platform. It applies to new bookings unless that booking has its own override.
Rows without a rate show as Not set. When rates are missing, a banner appears at the top of the section with Set it now, which takes you to the rows to complete.
Select the row action to edit a rate. Each row keeps a history of the changes made to it. You can collapse the whole section once your rates are set; the collapsed state shows a one-line summary.
Section 2 — Individual booking aggregator revenue
Use this section to review and correct the revenue recorded on specific bookings.
Step 1 — Filter the list by aggregator, class, or status, and set a date range.
Step 2 — Select a row to open its revenue history.
Step 3 — Select one or more rows and choose Edit revenue to override the standard rate.
The footer shows how many results you're viewing out of the total. Lists longer than 10 results are paginated.
Common questions
What's the difference between standard revenue and individual booking revenue?
Standard revenue is the default you earn on new bookings for that aggregator. An individual booking revenue overrides that default for one specific booking.
Does this replace my revenue spreadsheet?
For setting defaults and correcting individual bookings, yes. Month-end invoice reconciliation may still need exports.
Do these amounts include VAT?
No. Every amount on this tab excludes tax.
Where do I see aggregator performance over time?
This tab is for configuration and corrections. Aggregator reporting stays in Insights.
