Settings > Aggregators is where you connect your studio to aggregator platforms and manage your Partner IDs. The Connections tab shows the aggregators you're connected to and the ones you can add.
Go to Settings > Aggregators. The page has three tabs: Connections, Class Status, and Revenue. Access rights are the same as before.
Connected and not connected aggregators
The tab is split into two lists, each with a count in the section header.
Connected — aggregators with at least one Partner ID. The table shows the status and the last sync for each one.
Not connected — aggregators you can add to your studio.
What each status means
Both lists use the same Status column.
Status | What it means | Action available |
Connected | The aggregator is live and syncing with your studio. | Open the row to manage Partner IDs |
Ready to set up | The aggregator is included in your subscription but isn't configured yet. | Start setup or Contact us, depending on the aggregator |
Requires upgrade | The aggregator isn't part of your subscription yet. | Contact us |
Which action you'll see
The action on a Not connected row depends on the aggregator, not only on its status.
Start setup appears on aggregators you can connect yourself: myClubs, ClassPass, Wellhub, and Wellpass.
Contact us appears on aggregators that need a subscription upgrade, and on Urban Sports Club, which is set up by your account manager.
Each platform has its own setup steps and its own partner portal, so the screens you see after Start setup differ from one aggregator to another. Follow the article for the platform you're connecting.
Manage an aggregator's Partner IDs
Select a row in the Connected table to open that aggregator's connection page. Use the breadcrumb at the top to return to the list.
Select Generate Partner ID in the connection header, choose the venues to link, then copy the Partner ID. Creating, editing venues, deactivating, reactivating, and copying a Partner ID work the same way as before, and the flow is the same for every aggregator.
Urban Sports Club connections are set up by your account manager, so the row shows Contact us rather than Start setup. Partner IDs stay read-only, and the aggregator stays under Not connected until it has at least one Partner ID.
Common questions
Did my Partner IDs move or change?
No. The IDs and their linked venues are the same. They're now under Connections — select the aggregator in the table to open them.
What's the difference between Requires upgrade and Ready to set up?
Requires upgrade means the aggregator isn't part of your subscription yet, so use Contact us to add it. Ready to set up means it's in your subscription but not configured, so you can finish the setup and generate a Partner ID.
Urban Sports Club shows Ready to set up — why am I not connected?
Setup is handled by your account manager. Use Contact us on that row.
Why don't I see every aggregator listed?
Which aggregators appear depends on the partnerships enabled for your studio.
