The Class Status tab shows whether each of your classes is live on your aggregators, and why it isn't when it's not. Go to Settings > Aggregators > Class Status.
Each row is one class, with its date, time, name, teacher, venue, and aggregator status. Data covers all your connected aggregators.
What each status means
Status | What it means |
Live | The class is published on all your connected aggregators. |
Partially live | The class is live on some of your aggregators but not all of them. Open the row to see which. |
Not published | The class isn't live on any aggregator. The reason is shown next to the status. |
Canceled | The class has been cancelled. |
Why a class isn't published
Every status that isn't Live shows a plain-language reason next to it. The most common are:
the class is cancelled
all aggregator offers are cancelled
the class is set to manager only
the sync is turned off
Correct the cause in the class itself or in Settings > Aggregators > Connections.
Capacity columns
Three columns show how spots are shared:
Class capacity — spots booked out of the total.
Spots open to aggregators — how many of those spots your capping strategy makes available to aggregator members.
Bookings from aggregator members — how many of those spots are taken.
The tooltip on the capacity header explains the three capping strategies. For the full detail, see Aggregator spot capping.
Open a class
Select a row to open the class drawer. It shows the capacity, the capping strategy in use with an explanation of it, and the status reason.
Filter the list
Filter by date range, venue, and status. The main table is paginated.
This tab is read-only. Use it to understand what's happening, then act elsewhere: fix a class in the class itself, change connections in Connections, and change rates in Revenue. You can't restart a sync, change aggregator settings, or turn the connection on or off for a single class from here.
Common questions
Why is one of my classes Partially live?
It's live on some of your aggregators but not all — for example, on one of four. Open the row to see the detail.
My class isn't published. What do I do?
Read the reason shown next to the status, then correct the cause in the class or in your aggregator settings.
What's the difference between class capacity and spots open to aggregators?
Class capacity is the total number of spots. Spots open to aggregators is the number your capping strategy makes available to aggregator members.
Can I change my capping strategy from this tab?
No. Change it by editing the class. This tab shows the result of the strategy.
