ℹ️ This article covers the client profile in the new Back Office and the Classic Back Office. This article will be updated as we release more improvements over the coming months.
Relationships are now called Linked profiles in the new Back Office.
You can share a client's pass with friends or family by linking their profiles.
In the new Back Office
Step 1: Link the profiles
Go to Clients > Profiles and open the profile of the client who bought the pass.
On Overview, scroll to Linked profiles and select Link profiles.
Search for the other client by name or email, then select them.
Enter how each client is related to the other, for example "Spouse". Both fields are required.
Choose any extra options: Share email, and Authorization to let either client control the other's account, for example to book on their behalf.
Select Link.
Step 2: Share a pass
In Linked profiles, select the linked profile. Its details open in the right panel.
Select + next to Shared passes, or next to Shared appointment passes for an appointment pass.
Choose the pass you want to share, then select Share.
The pass then appears under Shared passes or Shared appointment passes in the right panel.
To change the relationship or authorisation later, select the three-dot menu on the linked profile's row. To open the linked client's own profile, select Profile in the right panel.
Always share passes from the profile of the client who bought them. To share a membership, share every pass linked to that membership. Each shared pass lasts one month, so the other client only has access for as long as the passes you share.
In the Classic Back Office
Step 1: Create a relationship
Search for one of the two clients, then select Relationship > Add Relationship.
Find the other client and select the arrow to add them.
Choose the type of relationship.
Step 2: Share a pass
Select the relationship you created to see its details, previously shared passes, or to share a new pass.
Select Share a pass.
Choose the pass you want to share. Once it's shared, it appears under Shared passes.
