Create your subscriptions

This training will allow you to create contracts / subscriptions for your students.

A subscription is a recurring monthly subscription that will be charged every month on a fixed date. It can be an unlimited subscription, open to a number of credits or limited per week.

1st Step: Define the recurring subscription.

PASS :

To define the subscription, go to Products > Pass > Create a pass > Fill in the form.

  • Choose the number of credits: Choose "unlimited credits" because an unlimited subscription must have an empty number of credits.

  • Choose the validity: this is a monthly recurring subscription, you have to start it at the billing with a validity period of 1 month.

  • Select the box "Unavailable for purchase": The subscription must not be available for sale online as a unit but only as part of a subscription.

APPOINTMENT PASS :

To define the subscription, go to Products > Appointment Pass > Create an appointment pass > Fill in the form.

  • Choose the number of credits following the number of appointments that you proposed each month.

  • Choose the validity: this is a monthly recurring subscription, you have to start it at the billing with a validity period of 1 month.

  • Select the box "Unavailable for purchase": The subscription must not be available for sale online as a unit but only as part of a subscription.


2nd Step: Set up the subscription.

To set up a subscription, go to Products > Contracts > Click on "Add a contract".

In the contract form, you must fill in the following elements:

  • Name of the subscription: Name displayed for the customer

  • Description of the subscription

  • Choice of the subscription : Selection of the pass/appointment pass that will be generated at each monthly payment. Select the pass previously created.

  • Price: How much will the

  • Number of months: Minimum duration of commitment.

  • Choice of the frequency : Define if the subscription gets renewed daily, weekly, monthly or annually.

  • Monthly payment: Amount debited each month.

  • File fees: Fees applied to the 1st monthly payment.

  • Description / Legal notice: Mandatory and must be validated by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • Invisible for the customer: Only you can invoice this subscription.

  • Automatic renewal: At the end of the commitment period, the contract is automatically renewed. You can choose to change the billing plan after renewal. For example, going from a 12-month commitment to a 6-month one. This may be mandatory if you are located in Germany, to comply with the German Fair Consumer Contracts Act.
