1st Step: Create a pass under Products > Passes.
Click on 'Add a pass'.
Fill in the pass form: start with the pass name, the monthly price, the VAT if applicable.
Tick Unlimited credits,
Valid for 1 month
Starting on the billing date
Activate the toggle 'Unavailable for purchase' in the restrictions.
2nd Step: Create a Subscription.
Go to Products > Subscription.
Click on 'Add a subscription'.
Fill in the contract form:
Subscription Name
Select the previously created pass to link to that contract
Frequency: monthly > repeating every 1 month
Number of bills (length of your contract)
Recurring payment amount (monthly price of your subscription)
Enrollment fee (if applicable, if not leave on 0)
Description
Legal terms of the contract (cancellation, refund etc)
Activate the auto-renewal toggle if you wish for your contract to auto-renew at the end of the initial period.
Click Save and your contract is ready!
