Manage your subscriptions

This training will enable you to manage your clients' subscriptions, which are subject to change over time.

You can change almost any subscription item as you wish.

To do so, go to your customer's account Billing > Subscriptions and click on the subscription in question.

1st Modification: Change the amount of the monthly payments.

Click on the small pencil of the monthly payment to be modified.

> Click on "Modify the price".

Enter the new amount > Click on "Save".

Attention, this option is not clickable if the monthly payment has already been sent to the bank. If the status is "Pending", it means you cannot modify the monthly instalment.

You can also change all the payments by ticking the box "Update all the futures payments" > "Save".

NB: In the case of an automatic renewal, the recurring payment made once is that of the contract used.

2nd Modification: Modify the generated passes.

If your customer wishes to switch to a higher or lower offer, change one click the generated subscription and then the amounts taken. You have full control over it.

Click on "Modify pass".

3rd Modification: Add/Change a payment method.

5th Modification: Automatic renewal of a subscription.

Your subscription is not configured as automatically renewed, don't panic. You still have the possibility to activate this option by checking the following box:
