Configure the compatibility of your Passes
Go to Products >> Passes
You will then be able to choose the pass for which you want to configure compatibility or create a new one
In the Restrictions section in the configuration of your pass, you will be able to set the compatibility of the pass with Categories, Establishments and Activities
Categories: corresponds to the Category associated with the Activity or Workshop
Establishments: the establishment where the sessions take place
Activities: Activity or Workshop in question
Reminder: the Category of the Activity/Workshop can be configured directly in the Activity/Workshop
By default, by not filling in any fields, the pass will be compatible with any type of session (all categories, establishments and activities)
Compatibility restrictions applied to the pass add-up
example: if a restriction is put on a category, a room and an activity >> the pass will be compatible only with the sessions of this category AND in this establishment AND of this activity
In this case (see screenshot), the pass is only compatible with the activities of the Yoga category AND among them only the sessions of Yoga Hatha and Yin Yoga
⚠️ Please note: if Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga activities are not classified in the Yoga category >> the pass won't be compatible with any session ⚠️
Check the compatibility between your Activities/Workshops and your Passes
Go to My Studio >> Group Activities >> select an Activity (for which you want to check compatibility)
Click on the Compatible Passes tab >> the list of all the Passes compatible with this activity will appear
Workshops: same logic for Workshops, except that you have to go to Workshops instead of My Activities
Some examples of compatibility
The pass must be compatible with some Activities and Categories but valid in all the Establishments >> select the Activities and Categories concerned but do NOT select any Establishment
The pass must be compatible with all the Activities but only in one Establishment >> do NOT select Activities and Categories but select the Establishment in which this pass will be usable
The pass must be compatible with all the Activities of the same Category >> classify all the Activities in question in the same Category and only select the Category in question in the compatibility of the pass (no need to add the Activities if the pass must be compatible with all the Activities of this Category)
The pass must be compatible with Activities classified in different Categories >> select only the Activities in question OR select the Activities and all the Categories linked to these Activities (as soon as a Category is selected, only the Activities of the selected Categories will be compatible)
