Universal passes may be used for group activities and appointments. Twin appointment passes are created for every universal pass to link the number of credits. Once one of these passes has been purchased, the other will be automatically added without any additional costs.

The universal pass can not be set up with unlimited credits
Twin appointment passes are automatically created for a universal pass. All fields modified here will also be edited on the twin passes, except the categories. This also applies to notifications, validity extensions, and credit changes.
Step 1 : activate the option
Go in products -> passes -> add a pass -> check universal pass
Step 2 : Add compatibility between the pass and activities/workshops and appointments
choose the activities/workshops and categories compatible with the universal pass (1st screen below)
choose the appointments compatible with the universal pass (2nd screen below)
