Step 1 : Create the workshop and the corresponding pass
In My Club > Workshops > Add a Workshop
Let's imagine a workshop of 3 sessions. You will need to create 3 different workshops (one for each session), configuring the first one as the one to be reserved for the client. You will have to specify in the description of the workshop that the reservation of the workshop will imply access to all the sessions:
Click on Save, then create the corresponding pass making sure to put the right number of credits according to the number of sessions (here 3):
Then make sure to tick the corresponding activity (here Workshop Example):
Step 2 : Create the other workshops (for the other sessions), taking care to configure them properly. In this example, the workshop includes 3 sessions, so 2 other workshops have been created.
These workshops will be displayed in the marketplace, but cannot be booked by members. Indeed, it is the studio manager who will manually register them for the other sessions, once the Example workshop pass has been purchased. It is therefore important to make sure that this information is included in the description of the workshop.
2nd Session :
Important : "Limit future bookings of members that take place in" : Put '0' days to prevent clients from being able to book this session.
Session 3: Same procedure as session 2
Step 3 : Finalise the configuration of coresponding pass
You have to go back to the options of the corresponding pass and make the added sessions compatible.
Here, in step 1, we had made pass compatible with the Example Workshop. This time we also need to make it compatible with sessions 2 and 3:
Step 4 : Once the client has registered for the first session of the workshop, it is up to the manager to register him manually for all other sessions (in this example. sessions 2 and 3)
