1st step: Create a debt report
On your bsport account, in the "Reports" tab click on the "Credit" bubble then click on the "I create my first report" button.
Fill in the name field
Fill in the description field
Click on "Credit" and then "Confirm"
Choose the columns that will appear in the report
You can now see who has a negative account and how much they owe you.
2nd step: export your report
Export your report by clicking "Export" on the top right of the screen. You can view the file in Excel format.
