1st Step: Login.
To settle a debt, you must first log in to your customer area at the following link: https://backoffice.bsport.io/login/customer?membership=
2nd Step: Pay my debt from my customer area.
Click "My invoices" to view any unpaid invoices.
Click on "Pay Now" > Enter your credit card information > Tick "save this payment method" (optional) > Click on "Confirm".
On Mobile
1st Step: Login.
Log in to either the bsport general app or your studio’s dedicated app using your credentials.
2nd Step: Pay my debt from my mobile app.
Navigate to the “Studio” tab > Click “Invoices” > See invoices marked as “Unpaid” > Click “Pay now” > Add payment details > Click on "Confirm payment".
