1st Step: Go to the video library
In the Digital Offer tab > Click on 'Video Library'.
2nd Step: Make the video unavailable for purchase
Select the video you wish to make unavailable for purchase and click on the pencil icon to edit it.
Select 'Unavailable for purchase'.
Click on 'Save'. Your video is now unavailable for client purchase.
In the new Back Office
The core logic hasn't changed: you still create an on-demand offering first, then add media to it afterward.
Terminology update: Video library is now called On-Demand in the new Back Office.
Go to Products > On-Demand > Library. Click the 3-dot menu on the offering's row and select Edit. In the Availability section, check Unlisted, then click Save.
