1st Step: Create a smartlist

2nd Step: Add a filter
Click on 'Add new filter' .
Click on 'Members Info' > 'Liability Waiver'.
Click on 'Add'.
Click on 'Export Smartlist' to download the results or 'Members List' to view members who have accepted your liability waiver.
To view members who have not accepted your liability waiver, uncheck the 'having accepted waiver' filter.
