Once your platform is ready and set up, you can send to your members the launching email we have implemented for you into your backoffice. It will present your new booking tool as well as the steps to follow to login onto Bsport for the first time.
Step 1: Check your launching email.
This email is available in 'Marketing' > 'Templates' > 'Launching Email'.
⚠️ The template has been imported in HTML format therefore it cannot directly be edited unless you change the code.
Step 2: Send the launching email.
Go to 'Marketing' > 'Smartlists'.
We have created a smartlist 'All members', in order to send the communication to all members of your studio who have not yet created their password to access their Bsport account.
Click on this smartlist > Click on 'Configure'.
Click on 'Send a message'.
Then click "Create a message".
Select the option "Email template"
Select the template you want to send and Confirm.
Click on 'Send'
You can access the statistics of your mailing by clicking on the smart list> 'Campaigns'.
