1st Step: Create your payment rule.
In "Settings", click on "Teacher Payroll " > Click on "+" to add a new payment rule for your teachers.
Choose whether the rule will apply to both group activities and workshops, to group activities only, to workshops only, or to appointments.
Fill in :
The name of the rule
The fix-based pay: this amount will be the based pay that the teacher will get for each class.
2nd Step: Personalize the bonuses.
1st Option: Bonus based on the number of bookings of members "presents".
First, you can define a bonus percentage received by the teacher on the margin value of each student.
For example, here on the marginal value of each booking, the teacher will get 20% of this amount.
You can then determine if you want to add some bonuses following the number of bookings.
To do so, click on "Add a bonus rule" to personalize the bonuses given to the teacher.
You then have two possibilities :
Add a fixed bonus for this range :
This rule allows you to fix a bonus if the number of bookings for this class is included in the range that you have entered.
For example, here, if there are between 5 and 10 bookings, the teacher will get a 15€ bonus, no matter the number of bookings in the range.
Add a bonus for each individual booking in this range :
This rule offers a bonus to your teacher, each time there is an additional booking, if the number of bookings is included in the range that you have entered.
For example, here if there are 13 bookings, the teacher will get twice the 5€-bonus, because there are 2 additional bookings compared to the determined basis.
You can of course acumulate these rules.
2nd Option: Set up the bonus for all the bookings (absences and cancellations included).
Tick the box "Compensate teachers for absentees and late-cancellations" if you want the late cancellations and the absences to be counted in the rules defined above (See 1st option).
You can also decide to set up different rules following the absences and cancellations.
To do so, tick "Apply different payroll rules for absentees and late-cancellations"
Then fill in the information just like we did before.
3rd Step: Finalize the creation of rules.
Choose the payment limits: minimum and maximum compensation that the teacher can earn for a session.
Here, for example, the teacher will never receive less than 10€ but never more than 30€
Choose whether you want to exclude your country's VAT from the computation of margin value.
Choose the pass to exclude. The students that will book with this pass will not be counted as present or absent. The teacher will not receive any bonus or percentage on the marginal value of these bookings. Note that passes can also be defined as excluded directly through their creation or edition forms, in which case the exclusion applies to all payroll rules.
4th Step: Simulate the payment rate.
The simulator allows you to check if the payment rule matches your expectations.
To see the simulation of the teacher's compensation, fill in the:
The number of students presents
The number of absences and late cancellations
The marginal value of each booking
Click on "Simulate" to see the amount of the payment rate.
