1st Step : Create your payment rule.

In "Settings", click on "Payment rates" > Click on "+" to add a new payment rule for your teachers.

Select "Appointments"

Fill in the name of the rule

2nd Step : Choose your calculation methods.

1st Option : Calculation for attendees

Choose the calculation method to apply to the teacher.

The fix based pay : this amount will be the based pay that the teacher will get for each class. In our example, 20€.

You can also define a percentage received by the teacher on the margin value of each student.

For example, here on the margin value of each booking, the teacher will receive 20% of this amount.

2nd Option : Set up a calculation method for the late cancellations.

Tick the box "Compensate teacher for absentees and late-cancellations" if you want the late cancellations and absences to be integrated in the calculation method define previously (See option 1).

You can also decide to set up different rules following the absences and cancellations.

To do so, tick the box "Apply different payroll rules for absentees and late-cancellationsounting absentees and late-cancel".

Then fill in the information the same way you did for the presences.

3rd Step : Finalize the creation of rules.

  • Choose the payment limits : minimum and maximum compensation that the teacher can earn for a session.

Here for example, the teacher will never receive less than 0€ but never more than 1000€.

  • Choose whether you want to exclude your country VAT from the computation of margin value.

4th Step : Simulate the payment rate.

The simulator allows you to check if the payment rule matches with your expectations.

To see the simuation of the teacher's compensation, fill in :

  • Whether the student was absent or present

  • The marginal value of each booking

Click on "Simulate" to see the amount of the payment rate.
