1st Step: Go to Settings > Personalization and scroll to the section Global booking restrictions

2nd Step: Activate the options

Limit the amount of future bookings per member for group activities

and

Limit the amount of future bookings per member for workshops

You can then define the maximum number of bookings made in the future per member by entering the desired number.

The settings work independently for group activities and workshops.

In this example, your members will be able to have only 10 future bookings at the same time for group activities, and 10 other future bookings for workshops.

3rd Step: Decide if waiting list registrations will be taken into account for the limit of future bookings.

If you activate the setting to take waitlist registrations into account, then the limitation will be stricter.

If you do not activate this option, you might encounter situations where a member who has reached the maximum number of bookings can join a waitlist, but then if a spot opens, the member will not be able to take it due to the limitation.

Don't forget to click on save to apply your changes.
