1st step : Activate the option to allow members to book for a guest

Go to the "Settings" tab > Click on "Customize" > Check "Allow guest booking".

Limit the number of invitations per member:

Go to "Settings" > "Personalization" > "Allow the booking for a guest feature" > Set your limit per week / month / year

Make booking for a guest compatible with a pass:

You also have the possibility to make your passes compatible or not with the reservation for a guest!

To do so, go to: "Products" > "Passes" > Click on the little pen to modify the pass in question > Tick "Compatible with the booking for a guest feature".

>> Member side: If a pass is not compatible with Booking for a guest

When booking, if a customer chooses to also book for a guest, after checking this box, the passes not compatible with this option will automatically disappear from the list of proposed passes (on the right).

Make booking for a guest compatible with a session :

Finally, you can make the reservation for a guest compatible with a particular session or a group of sessions!

To do this, go to "Calendar" > Go to the session in question > "Edit" > Check the box "Allow the booking for a guest feature".

For a group of sessions :

Check the box "Select the sessions that will be modified" > Select the desired sessions > "Continue".

From the member's side :

They will have to select the session in question > Click on "Add a guest" > Fill in the form (first name, last name, email address).

At the form stage, they will not be obliged to fill in all the fields, only the first name is compulsory. The member can not only book for his guest, he also registers for the session.

NB: A member record is always created with a "guest" icon when you manage your reservations from the Calendar tab. The relationship between the member and his guest is also created automatically.
