The personalization features allow you to apply some criteria/settings to adapt your platform to your needs and make its use easier and more comfortable.

To access them, go to "Settings" > "Personalization".

⚠️ Warning: when the box is grey, it means that the feature is not activated !⚠️

1) Bookings setup

Thanks to these features, you will be able to customize your client's experience on Bsport.

  • Show your studio in the general bsport app

  • Allow the client to book twice for the same session (booking for someone else)

  • Limit the number of future bookings per member up to a fixed number of sessions in advance

  • Avoid showing products that the member already has to prevent confusion and double purchases

  • Define the expiration date of the basket. If this feature is activated, a customer's basket will be automatically emptied after X days

  • Choose the default sorting order of your bookings

2) Attendance

When we access the bookings of an activity (Click on the activity > "Manage my bookings"), the attendance status of each member is displayed.

  • Allow teachers to modify the attendance status from the mobile app

  • Define the status by default of a booking. If it is activated on "Absent", the client will be by default registered as absent for any activity. You will then need to switch the status to "Attend" on the day of the class.

3) No-show setup

This section is only available if you have created at least one unlimited pass with no-show penalties.

  • Define the delay after which a no-show is confirmed

  • Define the delay after which an email notification is sent

4) Calendar setup

In this section, you will be able to customize the display of your class schedule for the members. Any setting modification here will have an impact on the Marketplace AND the widget of :

  • calendar(s) (card and list format)

  • workshops (simple sessions and grouped sessions)

Here is a preview of the calendar when all settings are turned off (by default view)

Now here is how each setting works. Note that each time you want to modify a setting, you will have to click on "Save" before it can be seen on the member calendar

  • Show the total number of spots and bookings for each session for your members

  • Show cancelled sessions on the calendar of your members

  • Hide past sessions on the calendar of your members (by toggling off the setting)

Deactivating this setting is particularly appropriate for a calendar displayed in weekly view (list) or daily view. It also works in weekly view (card), but the calendar then appears increasingly empty over the course of the week.

  • Display the calendar with today as the first day of the week

  • Hide teachers' information in the member's calendar

When the setting is off, you can choose between several ways of displaying the teacher

  • Show cancelled sessions in your own calendar (manager side)

  • Hide customer's contact information for teachers in their calendars

  • Show workshops in the calendar of your members as any other group session

  • Prevent members from seeing sessions they don't have access to based on a tag restriction or access. For example, if a session is only for VIP members, all members who are not tagged as VIP will not see the session on their calendar

  • Show the number of men and women that booked each session if you need gender parity for a dance class for example. You can learn more about gender ratio here

  • Choose what information is displayed on the session cards

    • The establishment in case you have several rooms

    • The level of the session

    • The colour of the activity

  • Display a label for sessions with 0 credits

  • Display the number of credits

    • The number of credits will also be displayed in the details of each session as well as on the sessions of the workshop tab

  • Hide the "Book" button. Hiding the "Book" button has different impacts :

    • Clicking on the session card will open the booking funnel

    • Clicking on the title of the card will open the session details modal

    • Chips indicate the status of the session: Soon/Cancelled/Booked/Waiting list

      • Hovering on the chip displays a helper text

    • Sessions in the past are greyed out, with the helper text “Bookings are now closed” when hovering over the card title

  • Select how the schedule is displayed: the start time will always be displayed, but you can adjust what additional information you want to show

  • Select how the day is displayed: whole word, 3 letters or 1 letter

5) Schedule

Define the start and end time for your schedule

6) Gender ratio

Once checked, the following box will impose the system to create a control of the bookings to maintain the Women/Men balance.

Define :

  • The number of reservations for which this control will be implemented.

  • The maximum gap between the number of women and men.

7) Registration

If activated, a member's account will not be activated until they confirm their email address

8) Chat settings

Choose whether email responses from members should appear in your mailbox or directly on the platform

9) Products

  • Hide credits (only on the pricing page when booking)

Click on "Save" to update the setup of your personalization.
