The billing groups are used to group the different locations of your studio under the same legal entity. The billing groups will also be used on your studio's invoices, please see our helpsheet on how to link an invoice to a location.
1st step
The first step is to set up your billing groups. To do so, go to your Settings > Billing > Billing group
Then click on Add a billing group. You will then have to
name the billing group. This name will appear when selecting a location while billing a member, and as well on the member side when purchasing an item
Make sure to enter a name that is comprehensible for your members, as it is going to be displayed to members in the basket when choosing their preferred location. Please consult our helpsheet on how to link an invoice to a location to learn more about members choosing their preferred location.
select the various rooms of your location
the address of the billing location will be automatically added according to the first room selected and will appear on your reports. The address can be edited if needed.
Please note that you can select rooms from different locations if you want to group them under the same billing group. However, you will have to indicate a unique address used for the billing location
Then click on Save
2nd step
Repeat the same procedure for each billing group.
Each billing group must correspond to one location of the company
Please note that there is a limit to the number of establishments, you cannot put the same establishments in several billing groups.
Warning: Only owners and administrators will be able to edit the billing information.
