If the gift card has been sent but the email has not been received, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the gift card in question

Go to the "Gift Card" tab > Click on the small letter icon.

Step 2: Copy the link and send it to the recipient

Copy and paste the link > Pass it on to your recipient.
