Step 1: Customize your registration form

Go to the "Settings" tab > "Sign up Form" > Click on "Sign up Form".

On the right, you have access to the preview of your registration form.

To customize this form, click on "Personalization".

Check "Edit layout".

You must do the layout for each screen dimension to avoid your members having display problems:

- Mobile

- Small screen

- Average screen

- Large screen

You can move the fields as you wish, enlarge them on the whole line or reduce them using the different arrows.

Finally, click on the icon at the top right to save the changes.

2nd Step: Customize your modification form

Go to the "Settings" tab > "Sign up form" > Click on "Modification form" (profile page of your members)" > "Personalization".

---> Use the same method as for the registration form.

Step 3: Customize your personalized form (e.g.: questionnaires to send to your members via a smartlist)

Go to the "Marketing" tab > "Forms" > Click on the form in question and then on "configure".

Click on "personalization".
