Send a custom form

This article will show you the different ways to send your custom forms

1st step: In the Bsport dashboard, click on "marketing" then "forms" in the drop-down menu on the left.

2nd step: Send your form.

To send your form. All you have to do is click on the form you want to send. If you don't know how to create a form, we have detailed the process in this link :

Then copy the link of the form by clicking on the button containing the link of the form (see image below) and insert the link in an email sent to your customers.

Step 3: Examples of forms and remarks.

Examples of communications that may include a form:

You can use this form and send it with the link through various communication channels. You can use your form in transactional emails, notifications, smartlists.

Examples of Forms:

You can create forms for different needs: To know the satisfaction of your customers on an activity, to know their opinion on the creation of a new activity, to understand why they wanted to stop their subscription, etc

Note: When the customer has filled out the form, the answers are automatically uploaded to your customer's member record in the form tab.
