  • Log in to your Zoom account > Personal > Settings > Meeting > Security

  • Activate "Meeting Passcode"

  • Check "Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join"

The invitation links created for each session will then take the following form : https://us06web.zoom.us/j/IDmeeting?pwd=passwordnumber

Note that if you are using multi-live, these settings will need to be applied to all Zoom users running online courses. You can define them in the Admin settings or by user via User management > Users > Click on user > Settings > Security.

You may or may not also activate the "Waiting room" if you wish to admit your members individually to the session.

Please note

The addition of the access code in the Zoom invitation link cannot be taken into account for sessions already generated, but only for future sessions taking place more than 24 hours after the modification.
