With the multi-livestream, you have defined an admin user for the general Zoom integration and then used different users to associate them with your establishments.

Each meeting is generated on the Zoom account of the associated user.

If you want certain users - such as the Admin user - to be able to view meetings associated with other users, you can enable scheduling privileges.

Enable scheduling privileges

From your Zoom account, go to User Management > Users then find the user whose sessions you want to view

Click on the user and then on Settings > Meeting > Other

Then click on Add next to "Assign scheduling privilege to" and select your admin user or the user who will benefit from these privileges and tick the "Can manage my private events" parameter. Then save your changes.

Note that scheduling privileges (granted or taken) can only be used by Licence users (paying users on Zoom).

View meetings of users who granted scheduling privileges

Now that you have scheduling privileges for your various establishments, from your profile click on Meetings and select 'All' in the Calendar filters.

You can then view the different online sessions for each of your establishments.
