With multi-livestream, you can organize several online sessions at the same time in your studio. This feature requires a Zoom account that has several users. Each user will be linked to a specific establishment used for online sessions, and they will be able to launch the session from their access to the back-office or their Zoom account.

Activate multi-livestream

Activate this function by clicking on the "multi-user" radio button to display the establishment-user mapping table.

Associating a Zoom user with an establishment

Click on "Add", then select one of your Zoom users for each facility in your studio hosting online sessions.

Each Zoom user can be a generic address associated with a establishment, or one of your teachers or staff members.

The user type will be indicated among the following possibilities :

  • Basic

  • Licence

By default, if an establishment does not have an associated Zoom user, the establishment's online sessions will be hosted by the Zoom admin account used for integration.

Launch online sessions simultaneously

  • All online sessions will be generated 24 hours before they start on the account of the associated Zoom user. They will also be visible on the Zoom admin account by activating the scheduling privileges for Licence users. See our helpsheet on activating Zoom privileges for more information.

  • Each session will be hosted via the account of the associated user. Each user connected to their own Zoom account can run one session at a time. For more information, see our helpsheet on launching a Zoom session.

  • Several online sessions can be launched simultaneously by their respective host.
