Step 1: Cancel the associated invoice

Go to the member file > Click on "Billing" > Open the invoice in question > Click on "cancel".

2nd Step: Refund as a credit note

Select "Refund on credit (balance)".

Then, you will be able to charge a gift card with the correct information and pay via the balance.
