Step 1: Copy the zoom link of your session

Go to Calendar -> Select Session -> Edit Session -> Copy Video conference link

Step 2: Send the email to the session members

Go to Manage bookings -> Click on the envelope

Check Bookings -> Confirm

Select Email -> Paste the zoom link from your session -> Send the mail
