To communicate directly with your students, follow these 2 steps.
1st Step: Send an email to students who have booked a class.
Go to "Calendar" > Select the day of the session > Select the specific session > Click on "Manage bookings" > Click on the envelope.
2nd Step: Set up the email.
Select the recipients.
Write an email or select a template > "Send".
You can also create an email template by clicking on "+" on the right.
A new tab will open and you will be able to create your email.
Create the template > "Save".
Once the template has been created > Go back to the previous tab and follow again the Step 1 and 2 of this tutorial.
3rd Step: Follow the reception of your messages.
Go to the profile of any member on the session > Click on "Contact".
