How to add tags to your sessions

This article will show you step by step how to add tags to your sessions.

By adding tags to your sessions you can make them invisible and not bookable for members who don't have the right tags. This feature allows you for example to hide advanced sessions from novice members.

Step 1 - Create tags

Create your tags from the "Marketing" tab > "Tags". Click here for instructions.

Step 2 - Add tags to sessions from the calendar

Go to the "Calendar" tab > Click on the session in question > Click on "Edit".

In the "Advanced" tab, select the allowed and not allowed tags.

Step 3 - Display or not the sessions to which the member does not have access with the tags

By default, members who don't have the right tags will not see the tagged sessions on their calendar. You can choose to have them appear on the calendar anyway, the member will not be able to book them.

Go to the "Settings" tab > Click on "Personalization" > Check "Do not display sessions that the member does not have access to with tags".
