Why integrate tags on course cards?

Putting tags on a pass makes it invisible on the marketplace, the widget and the application for members who don't have the right tag.

For example, you may want some passes to be invisible to new members who have not yet finished their trial sessions. You can tag these members as "beginners" automatically, thanks to smartlists. Then, you can make the pass for experienced members invisible to them.

Another example, you apply preferential rates for some of your members. By applying tags to these members and tagging the desired passes, the selected members will only see the passes with the preferential rates on the purchase tab.

Step 1: Create Tags

Click here to learn how to create a tag step by step.

Step 2: Integrate the tags on your course cards

Go to the "Products" tab > "Pass" > Select the pass in question > Click on the small pencil to modify the pass.

Go to the bottom of the page > Click on "Advanced".

Select the tags you want to authorize or not to this course card.

  • When you approve a tag to a pass, only members with the right tag can see and buy the pass.

  • When you refuse a tag to a pass, members with that tag can't see and buy that pass.

If several tags have been selected in "authorized", members need only one of these tags to be able to see the pass.

Same thing for "refused". Members need only one of these tags not to be able to see the pass.

Don't forget to press "EDIT" to save the changes you made.
