When you set up introductory offers, you sometimes want a member to be able to buy only one of them. This article describes how to make this possible.
We will use Smartlists and the automatic tags associated with them.
Let's start by creating a tag, let's call it for example "Intro pass already purchased".
The purpose of this tag will be, as the name suggests, to assign it to members who have already purchased an intro pass.
Next, let's create a Smartlist (see article: https://intercom.help/bsport-helpcenter/fr/articles/3528023-creer-une-liste-intelligente-smartlist) to intelligently group together members who have already purchased an intro pass. To do this, create a Smartlist.
In our case, we name it "Member who has already had an introductory pass".
Add filters that will automatically determine which members will be included in this Smartlist (course cards or appointment cards depending on your case).
In our case, we want to find the members who have one of our introductory passes.
Next, let's determine under which conditions and which tag we will apply to the members of this Smartlist.
In our case, the tag is assigned when a member enters the Smartlist, and we assign the previously created tag, "Intro pass already purchased".
We save all this and the Smartlist is created!
Finally, we need to set up the intro passes so that they can only be purchased by members who do not have the "Intro pass already purchased" tag already assigned.
To do this, we go to the settings of these passes, and we configure in the category "Advanced" > "Refused", we specify that members who have the tag "Intro pass already purchased", can not buy these intro passes.
All that is left to do is to save and that's it.
Customers who have already purchased an intro pass will no longer be able to purchase new ones.
