In case that you have members in the waiting list and that you want to add several of them to the session - to overbook the session or to fill remaining seats - you can select some members as a bulk and add them quickly to the session
Step 1
To select several members, hover your mouse above the member picture so the individual member's checkbox appears
Step 2
Then click on the checkbox to select at least one member. A "select all" button appears and you can select all members or choose several members to select
Step 3
By clicking on the general "Book" button :
All members with valid passes will be automatically added to the session (if the member has multiple passes, it is the one that expires the soonest that will be used)
For members without valid passes or if your session has a custom room plan, you will be asked to choose for each member a pass and/or a spot
