This training will allow you to understand the use of filters in order to finely filter your student lists.

First of all, the filters are cumulative, allowing you to finely filter your students.

1st Part: Member information.

  • The account balance, to identify customers in credits or debits in your studio.

  • The sign up date, to identify new registrations over a given period of time.

  • The sex, to differentiate between men and women.

  • The member tags, (includes or does not include), the category and the tag (value).

  • The password, to know which student has / does not have a password on bsport.

  • The liability waiver, to know members that have accepted your liability waiver

  • The age, to filter on members of a certain specific age or age range

  • The forms, to select a group of members that has/has not completed selected forms

  • The notifications, to target members that accept/refuse notifications by sms/email

  • The notes, to know which members have at least one medical note

  • The Relationships, to filter on members that have a certain number of relations, and on actions related to them

  • The Phone, to select members that have provided a phone number

  • The conditions of use, has/has not accepted the General conditions of use

  • The referrer, to filters members who referred people

  • The referred member, to filters members who have been referred by someone

2nd Part: Passes.

  • Passes: allows you to fine-tune the passes to be filtered.

You can filter on the following elements: "Has" or "Does not have" and then select the pass with the element module.

->Purchase date: when these pass were purchased.

->Expiration: choice of date or period with the time module.

->Credits: choice of the number of pass credits (attention by default, unlimited credits are included if selected in the 1st list of course cards).

  • Appointment passes: works exactly like the passes filter, but on appointment passes

  • Valid passes: filters on members that have a certain amount a valid passes/appointment passes today. Among selected passes and appointment passes

3rd Step: Bookings.

  • Xth number of bookings: list the students who have reserved the Xth session according to the criteria of your choice.

  • Number of bookings: list the students who have reserved X session(s) according to the criteria of your choice.

  • Date of the last booking: this allows you to filter the students whose last reservation took place X days ago (and who have not reserved in the future).

  • Number of appointments: allows you to list the students who have booked X appointment(s) according to the criteria of your choice.

4th Part: Purchases.

  • The volume of a student's expenditure.

  • Abandoned baskets.

  • Payment method: Members with no or at least one saved payment method

  • First purchase: Members with a first purchase completed
