This article aims to enable you to send marketing communication from the Master Account.

Master Account "Marketing" section:

  • Explore the newly created "Marketing" folder within your Master Account.

  • Use the "Emails" page for creating and editing templates.

  • Discover the new "Campaign" page, styled for easy navigation.

Campaign Management:

  • Create multiple campaign groups for different communication needs.

  • Utilize standard functionalities such as "See", "Duplicate", and "Delete" and access detailed information by clicking on a specific line.

Campaign Configuration:

  • Head to the "General" tab for campaign details.

  • Click on "Send a message" to access a form.

  • Choose to send emails only by using templates or composing new content.

Sender Configuration:

  • Choose the email that you want to use as a sender

  • You can customize the sender based on the options provided.

Recipient Selection:

  • The default setting is "Send to all members".

  • If needed, toggle off and select specific franchisee studios and their corresponding smartlists for targeted communication.

Recipient list:

  • Use the "Export" button to download the recipient list.

  • The list updates dynamically based on the smartlist selections.

Campaign Tab:

  • View all sent communications in the Campaign tab.

  • Access the detailed recipient and click information using the "Reports" button.
