Eligibility: You must meet the casino’s eligibility requirements, which commonly include being of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and having a verified account.

Opt-in and promo codes: Some tournaments require an explicit opt-in or entry using a promo code. If a code is provided by the operator, enter it exactly as given. Do not expect the system to accept variations.

Qualifying games: Only the specified slot titles count toward the tournament, and certain features (bonus rounds, free spins) may or may not contribute to your score depending on rules.

Timing: Tournaments run within defined start and end times, sometimes with rounds. Make sure you understand the time zone used and any countdown or session limits.

Prize distribution: Prizes may be paid as bonus funds, cash, or entries to another promotion. Check whether prizes are subject to wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.

Fair play: Operators reserve the right to disqualify suspicious activity, multiple accounts, collusion, or technical manipulation.

Read the tournament terms and rules carefully before entering.

Confirm account verification, age eligibility, and any geographic restrictions.

Opt in or apply the promo code exactly if one is required; absent a provided code, do not invent or assume one.

Load the specified slot game(s) and follow the scoring instructions (e.g., bet size or feature usage that counts).

Keep an eye on the leaderboard and time remaining; avoid altering settings that may void your entry (for example, switching currencies mid-session).

Bonus not appearing: Ensure you met opt-in requirements, entered any required code exactly, and that your account meets verification and deposit rules. Log out and back in, clear the app cache, or reload the site before contacting support.

Plays not counting: Check that you are using qualifying games and that the bet sizes meet minimums specified in the rules. Some tournaments only count spins above a certain stake.

Leaderboard delays: Leaderboards can update intermittently. Allow the stated processing time and review your game history for evidence of qualifying activity.

Prize credited but locked: Review prize terms for wagering or withdrawal limits. If you believe the operator erred, collect screenshots, timestamps, and transaction history, then contact customer service with that evidence.
