You can cancel a confirmed booking at any time from the booking page itself. Find your upcoming booking towards the top of the homepage, or on the bottom Bookings tab.
Tap on the booking card and you will see the confirmed booking details.
Click Edit booking > Cancel booking and choose a cancellation reason. You can choose to add a cancellation note for the sitter.
The sitter will be immediately notified the booking is cancelled.
