There are a few reasons as to why a user profile may appear as temporarily or permanently inactive on the app:
You have not completed or passed all of our onboarding steps
You have uploaded a profile photo that is not a true likeness, is not of you, is blank or otherwise does not follow guidelines
The system detected that you have become unresponsive e.g. to direct booking requests or messages
You cancelled a confirmed sit at short notice, or multiple sits within a certain period You can read more on our cancellation policy here.
The Bubble team becomes aware of a violation of Bubble's Terms of Use, negative feedback, a user report, or your % rating lowers significantly
The Bubble team becomes aware of a safety or safeguarding concern relating to the owner of the profile
