Why is my profile inactive?

There are a few reasons as to why your account may appear as inactive on the app.

  • You have not completed or passed all of our onboarding steps

  • You have a profile photo or bio that is not a true likeness, is not of you, or is blank.

  • The system detected that you have become unresponsive to parent requests.

  • You cancelled a confirmed sit at short notice. You can read more on our cancellation policy here
