Why is my profile inactive?

There are a few reasons as to why a user profile may appear as temporarily or permanently inactive on the app:

  • You have not completed or passed all of our onboarding steps

  • You have uploaded a profile photo that is not a true likeness, is not of you, is blank or otherwise does not follow guidelines

  • The system detected that you have become unresponsive e.g. to direct booking requests or messages

  • You cancelled a confirmed sit at short notice, or multiple sits within a certain period You can read more on our cancellation policy here.

  • The Bubble team becomes aware of a violation of Bubble's Terms of Use, negative feedback, a user report, or your % rating lowers significantly

  • The Bubble team becomes aware of a safety or safeguarding concern relating to the owner of the profile
