If something comes up and cannot make a confirmed sit, the booking itself should be cancelled in the app with as much notice as possible (not just via message!). To cancel the sit, head to the 'Upcoming' tab, tap the booking and hit 'Cancel' at the bottom of the page.
The app will ask you to write a short note to the parent explaining why you've had to cancel.
Please be aware, that except for emergency situations, cancelling a confirmed sit will negatively impact your Bubble profile and could result in your account being temporarily deactivated.
