My sitter is late: what should I do?

Sitters should arrive punctually, and communicate if there are any delays. But if your sitter has not arrived on time, use the messaging function in the app to get in touch with them to see where they are - you can also call them directly using the phone icon, or their phone number is in the confirmation email.

If you cannot get hold of them please get in touch with our support team via the in-app Live Chat on the app under Account menu and we will help you.

Please note that you will only pay the sitter for the exact time they actually work. So if they do show up late, you’ll be able to edit the start time of the sit in the app when paying at the end.

And if you need to find someone else fast, Post a new request to find willing replacements within minutes.
