Here are some frequently asked questions about the Availability Calendar page.

How do I set my availability on the new page?

Long-press on one of the "time blocks” to start your selection, then drag to select the time frame you'd like to set your availability for (each time block is 30 minutes). All times are defaulted to Available, unless you have a confirmed booking, in which case you are Unavailable.


How do I navigate to different days/weeks?

You can scroll through the whole week, or tap the days at the top of the page. You can also move through weeks easily by tapping the arrow icons at the top of the page, or by tapping “Go to next week” at the bottom.

Weeks are displayed at the top of the image with an arrow icon either side for easy navigation. There are also seven circles which show the days of the week.

Can I see my confirmed bookings?

You can indeed! These will show as pink blocks with the sit details inside – tap to open the booking itself.

What is “Travel Time”?

30 minutes is automatically added before and after a confirmed booking to allow you time to travel between sits if necessary.


What happens if I set myself as Unavailable?

If you set yourself as Unavailable, you won’t be able to see or receive any notifications for jobs that overlap with that time slot.


If I’m Available for part of a job's duration, but not all of it, will I still see it?

No — if you’ve set yourself as Unavailable for any part of a day, and a job request come in which overlaps that time period in any way, you will not be shown as Available and won't be able to see it on your homepage.


How do I access extra Options?

If you tap the pink icon with three dots in the bottom right, this will open the Options menu:

How do I set myself as Unavailable all day?

Tap the Options button and select Unavailable all day. This will set all the times on that day to Unavailable.


How do I copy my availability onto other days?

Tap the Options button and select the Copy option. This will open a new page where you can select the days which you’d like to copy your availability to.


How can I reset my availability for a day back to Available?

Tap the Options button and select the Reset option. This will set everything on that day back to Available, except any time slots where you may have confirmed bookings.


What happens if I turn on Do Not Disturb?

Do Not Disturb acts as a form of setting yourself as Unavailable – while it’s switched on, you won’t receive job requests or any notifications. When you switch Do Not Disturb off, the availability you previously set will be reactivated.
