If you’re ready to receive job requests, you need to ensure that you've set your availability and that your DO NOT DISTURB toggle is set to OFF.

Having this switched on means you are offline and will not receive any sit requests.

The app has a 4-week availability calendar so that you can set your availability every day on a rolling 4-week basis. You can set your availability easily by holding and dragging the time slots, then selecting your available slots.

Keeping your availability up to date will mean more sit requests, more jobs and more new families to meet so it's well worth a couple of minutes required a week to keep it accurate.
