Receiving a bubble as "FYI"

FYI is our way of saying the sender wants to keep you posted, but doesn't need your response to move forward

If you've been added to a bubble or received a link to one, but are not sure what your role is in the conversation, don't worry! If your teammate has added you as "FYI", this is just a way of keeping you in the loop on the topic at hand.

What does being added as "FYI" mean?

When you are added to a bubble as "FYI", it means that your teammate doesn't expect you to take any action on the topic, but they want to keep you informed. They may be sharing something interesting or asking for feedback, but they don't need you to take any specific action

What is the next step?

To move a bubble from "FYI" to "Done", all you need to do is open it and view the content. If you have any comments or feedback to add, you are welcome to do so, but it is not required.

What if I need more help?

If you're still unsure about your role in a bubble or need more guidance, don't hesitate to reach out to your teammate or someone else on your team for clarification. We're always happy to help in any way we can!
