Teams and individuals actively using bubbles may find the limitations of our Free plan too constraining. Upgrade to Teams Pro and unlock a host of powerful features that will take your collaboration experience to the next level.

Access the Upgrade Option As a team Admin, upgrading to Teams Pro is a breeze. Simply log in to your dashboard and locate the Upgrade button in the upper right corner. Click on it to proceed to the next step:

Upon clicking the Upgrade button, a large modal will appear, providing you with a detailed comparison of the features available in our different plan options.

To upgrade to Teams Pro, first decide whether you'd like monthly or annual billing using the toggle at the top, then click on the "Choose Teams Pro" option within the modal. This action will redirect you to our secure payment portal, where you can proceed with the payment process:

In the payment portal, you'll find a button to "Add payment method." Click on it, and a form will appear where you can enter your card details securely. Fill in the required information accurately, then click the "Update" button to finalize the addition of your payment method.

With your payment info successfully added, click on the "Return to bubbles" option located on the left-hand side of the screen. This will bring you back to your dashboard, now upgraded to Teams Pro.

Congratulations! You've successfully upgraded to Teams Pro. With your new subscription, you gain access to a range of exciting features including transcripts, video downloads, private spaces, and much more. Take full advantage of these enhanced capabilities to boost async productivity within your team.
