How to cancel your plan

Workspace admins can easily adjust billing or permanently delete a workspace. Here's how.

If you've decided to cancel your plan or remove your workspace for good, it's simple to do so, provided you have the Admin role in the workspace. Workspace creators have this role by default, and can designate any other member as an Admin in their workspace settings.

To cancel your Pro plan:

First, click on your workspace name in the upper right corner of the main navigation. From the menu, select Workspace settings:

A settings menu will appear with an option to Manage your billing at the top:

Click the Manage button, then click Cancel plan in the Stripe dashboard:

To permanently delete your workspace:

To permanently delete your workspace, go to your Workspace settings, accessed via the dropdown in the upper left corner of the dashboard view:

Clicking on Workspace settings will open a settings menu, with the General tab in view. Provided you're an Admin in the workspace, the settings shown will be editable.

At the bottom of the menu, you'll see two red buttons. Click the one that says "Delete workspace":

After clicking the button, you'll be asked to confirm the decision via a modal:

Click Delete workspace, and the workspace and all its channels and bubbles will no longer be accessible. Be careful! The decision is final and cannot be reversed.
