Buying tickets for a Buenro event lets you join curated community experiences like Vintage Voyage in Verbier. You can purchase tickets, manage your invites, and view your event details directly in the app.
1. Explore Events
Open the Events section of the Buenro app (or tap a direct event link).
Here you can browse:
Event dates
Ticket tiers
What each tier includes
Accommodation options (if available)
Event Manager details
Tap Buy Tickets on any event to continue.
2. Choose Your Ticket Tier
Each event includes multiple ticket types. Select the one that suits your plans.
You’ll see:
Ticket price and currency
What is included (e.g. party access, accommodation, meals)
Number of tickets remaining
Limits per person
Any age or ID requirements
Tap Continue to move to checkout.
3. Complete Your Payment
On the checkout page:
Review your ticket details
See a full price breakdown
Enter your promo code (if any)
Confirm your payment method
Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Once your payment succeeds:
You’ll see a confirmation screen
You’ll receive an email receipt
Your ticket appears under My Tickets on the event page
If payment fails, you can retry or update your card. You are not charged until Stripe confirms the payment.
4. Access Your Ticket
You can view your ticket anytime:
Event Page → My Tickets
Your ticket includes:
Ticket type
Entry details
QR code (Under ‘View ticket’; may activate closer to event date)
Transfer option (if allowed for your tier)
You can show your QR code at the event entrance or wherever required by the organiser.
5. Transfer or Reassign Your Ticket (Feature coming soon)
Some events allow tickets to be transferred to another person.
If your tier supports this:
Tap Transfer Ticket
Enter the new attendee’s details
They will receive a link to claim the ticket
If transfers are not allowed for your specific ticket type, you will not see this option.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund options depend on:
Your ticket tier
How close you are to the event
The event’s refund rules
Before you buy, you’ll always see the exact policy that applies, which may include:
Full refund (up to a certain date)
Partial refund (within a reduced window)
No refund (close to the event)
To request a refund, open My Tickets, select your ticket, and choose Cancel Reservation (if available).
If no refund option appears, the ticket is outside the refundable window or the event does not support refunds for that tier.
7. Join Your Event Group
After your purchase, you may be added to an event group chat or dashboard where you can:
View event updates
See attendee lists
Access accommodation details (if included)
Message your group (if enabled)
Features vary by event and ticket type.
Important Notes for Event Attendees
Your payment is only completed once Stripe confirms the transaction
QR codes may activate only shortly before the event start time
Transfers depend on your ticket type and may close before the event
Refund windows vary by event and tier check your ticket for the exact rules
If you purchased multiple tickets, you are responsible for assigning them
If you bought your ticket outside the Buenro app (unsupported), it will not automatically appear in your account
Contact Support if:
You were charged but no ticket appears
A promo code failed
Your QR code is missing or won’t load
