1. Explore Properties
Open the Explore section of the Buenro app
Use filters to search by:
Destination (city or region)
Dates (specific or flexible)
Group size or number of rooms
Price per night
Tap “Curate Group” on any listing to view details and continue
2. Curate Your Group
On the property page, tap “Curate Group”, then:
Confirm your travel dates
Choose whether to book the whole property or just claim one or more rooms
Accept the property’s house rules and disclaimers
Agree to take on the Curator role and accept Buenro’s Terms of Service
Your payment method will be authorised (hold only) — no charge is made unless the group is confirmed.

3. Invite Others to Join
From your Booking Dashboard, you can:
Invite or follow friends on Buenro
Share a private link via WhatsApp, SMS, etc.
Track who has joined, and their invite status (e.g. Pending, Accepted, Declined)
You can also:
Allow guests to bring +1s
Set group visibility (e.g. followers only)
Monitor which spots are filled
4. Monitor Group Progress
Your booking stays Pending until:
All rooms are claimed
Every guest’s payment method is verified
During this time:
No one is charged
You can invite replacements or remove inactive guests
You may cancel the booking if needed (no penalty)
The group must be completed within 7 days, or it will be cancelled automatically.
5. Group Confirmation
Once your group is full:
Buenro processes payment for all participants
The booking status updates to Confirmed
Details are shared with the Property Manager
You’ll now be able to:
Access check-in instructions
Chat with your group
View receipts and booking documents
If the property offers flexible check-in, they will appear here (Feature Coming Soon).
Important Notes for Curators
You are the legal and financial point of contact for the booking
If you leave the role before confirmation, the booking is cancelled — Buenro does not currently support replacing Curators (Feature Coming Soon)
Other members can restart the booking if the dates and property are still available
If the group isn’t full within 7 days, it will expire
Once confirmed, changes to the guest list may not be possible without contacting Property Manager first.
