About All-Stars

Buildforce's All-Stars ⭐ are the workers who have demonstrated to us and our contractors that they're reliable, dependable, and consistently performing on-site.

We at Buildforce are committed to trust and transparency. All our workers undergo thorough skill-based interviews, assessment of previous experience, and comprehensive background checks before stepping foot on any job site.

Our All-Stars are those workers who regularly show up, perform reliably on-site, and receive positive feedback from our contractors. Their consistency often leads to extended engagements and repeat placements.

In job placements, we prioritize our All-Stars, ensuring that our finest workers are continually on-site, assisting you in completing your projects on schedule. In return, we reward these high-performing individuals with what they most appreciate - prime job opportunities.

As a contractor, you can identify our All-Stars by their distinctive blue badge, a symbol of excellence. This badge indicates that a worker has earned and maintained their All-Star status.
